As we wrap up another year, Roseview Global Incubator is proud to celebrate the people at the heart of our company – international founders whose ideas, resilience and determination continue to shape their companies and the communities they serve.
After years of walking alongside founders from around the world, our greatest lessons have come directly from them. Their passion fuels our purpose, and as the year draws to a close, we’re reminded of the value of reflection on the past year, recognition of our clients, and gratitude for the RGI community.
This year, we are honoured to celebrate three graduates of the Roseview Global Start-Up Visa (SUV) Program, each showcased at our Annual Mixer, an event that brought together clients, partners, founders and friends. Their journeys are diverse, but each is grounded in courage, innovation and commitment.
PropManage
Established in 2021, PropManage joined RGI with a clear goal of making property maintenance smarter, simpler and more connected. Since then, they’ve built not only a platform, but a momentum in their key industries.
Their Minimum Viable Product (MVP) launched with essential features that help property managers stay organized – tracking repairs, assigning tasks, and scheduling work in one place. The platform also supports regular building inspections to ensure nothing is missed.
Now, PropManage is moving into the next generation of its technology. With upcoming AI and IoT-supported features, the platform will do more than just organize tasks; it will detect issues early. This includes energy-use tracking in buildings, sending alerts when systems are underperforming and automating data collection during routine inspections.
These advances make the platform more efficient and proactive in everyday use, turning property management from a reactive approach to one focused on early detection and prevention.
From the very beginning, PropManage has focused on building strong foundations rooted in strategy, technology, and innovation.
Severesense Building
Imagine the relief of walking into your home knowing the air you breathe is constantly being monitored for your safety. That is the experience Severesense is providing. Their AI-powered smart sensors detect carbon monoxide, smoke and oxygen levels, giving users real-time updates through a simple, user-friendly app.
When dangerous conditions arise, the system automatically responds, triggering alarms, cutting off gas valves, supplying oxygen, activating ventilation and opening windows. It even distinguishes genuine emergencies from false alarms, reducing unnecessary emergency calls and improving public safety.
Since its establishment in 2022, Severesense has:
- Launched three product lines
- Expanded sales to Iran
- Secured a distribution agreement in Dubai to create a regional hub for smart building technology
- Partnered with Canadian HVAC companies, builders and safety regulators
- Completed installations across Canada
Guided by its mission to build safer homes and buildings, Seversense has made significant progress within the SUV Program and continues to advance toward long-term success.

With distributions continuing to expand, the company has become a standout success within the RGI SUV Program – a reminder of what ideas fueled by passion can achieve, one bite at a time.
