Enroll in the Roseview program to launch your business in Canada.
BASE/RISE is a custom-tailored program sharply focused on meeting the specific needs of Start-up Visa (SUV) applicants, the global entrepreneurs and the business being launched – we do not believe that one size fits all.
Through a combination of one-on-one coaching and mentoring, as well as peer to peer sessions, entrepreneurs work through a comprehensive implementation plan. This assures the greatest likelihood of a successful business launch.
Our program is delivered in two segments: the BASE and RISE programs
The programs cover a broad range of topics such as:
Business Plans
Marketing & Communications
Sales
Product Development
Living & Working in Canada
Budgeting and Finance
Each program is delivered by subject matter experts, all seasoned business executives and business services. The SUV program will provide your team with introductions to a range of experts, but the engagement of the experts and the terms of that engagement are ultimately decided by the entrepreneur themselves.
For people arriving from outside of Canada, we also can arrange English as a second language (ESL) tutoring if required.

Why Learn in Waterloo Region?
Waterloo is a globally-renowned talent engine, training a future workforce through internationally-recognized post-secondary institutions like the University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier University and Conestoga College.
The region is recognized as one of Canada’s leading innovation communities, the birthplace of many globally renowned businesses – multi-national smartphone developer BlackBerry was founded in Waterloo; SUV graduate ApplyBoard grew rapidly after being launched here; and Google’s Canadian headquarters are also located in the region.
Access to 150+ million consumers within a one day's drive (1200km/745mi radius).
Waterloo Region has substantial cost advantages over Toronto, New York City, and San Francisco.
