Over the past four years, Roseview Global Incubator, has had the honour of working with hundreds of international entrepreneurs, helping to successfully launch their businesses in Canada through the Start-up Visa Program.
On April 30th, 2024, new Start-up Visa guidelines took effect, in efforts to improve the efficiency of start-up application systems. As a result, designated organizations are now limited to ten start-up applications per year.
As our team works at effectively approaching this situation, we ask that you consult with your immigration professional to navigate further steps or approaches. If you do not have a immigration professional, please visit the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants to connect with an Immigration Consultant.
Most recently, we have been made aware that it will no longer be possible to file an extension for (or renew) your Commitment Certificate. This means that all Permanent Residence (PR) applications must be submitted by a team together before their current Commitment Certificate expires.
Despite these changes, our mission remains unchanged. Continuing to uphold the standard of excellence we have consistently displayed over the last four years, we will persist in building successful businesses in Canada by providing support to inspired international entrepreneurs and innovators.
Thank you for your continued support and confidence in our mission to build successful businesses in Canada.
