The BASE program provides you with the information you need to decide if you want to relocate to Canada to own and operate a business. You will learn the fundamentals of the Canadian business system, including topics such as the legal system, how to work with government agencies, and real estate.

The BASE Program is also for those considering the Ontario Nominee Program (OINP) Entrepreneur Stream.
The program is currently delivered online from the Waterloo Region which is recognized as Canada’s leading innovation community.
The program is delivered over the course of 15 business days and is offered to rolling cohorts throughout the year.
