RISE is a self-paced, custom-tailored Incubation and Accelerator Program sharply focused on meeting the specific needs of Start-up Visa (SUV) applicants, the entrepreneur and the business being launched – we do not believe that one size fits all.

Through a combination of one-on-one coaching and mentoring as well as peer to peer sessions, entrepreneurs work through a comprehensive implementation plan at their own pace. This assures the greatest likelihood of a successful business launch.

The Incubation Program is typically designed in phases that cover a broad range of topics such as:

The Accelerator Program moves clients from a curriculum based format into one where Roseview takes on an advisory role and supports our clients as they launch their businesses. Roseview will continue to support clients through the Accelerator Program up to such time as PR cards are received.

The Incubation and Accelerator Programs are delivered by subject matter experts, all seasoned business executives and professional service providers. RISE will provide introductions to a range of experts, but the engagement of the experts and the terms of that engagement are ultimately decided by the entrepreneur themselves.

For people arriving from outside of Canada, we also can provide English as a second language (ESL) tutoring if required.

For our incubator clients who need a desk to call home – mark your post at the Roseview Hub located downtown Galt – a community in Cambridge Ontario 

Here you will be provided with:

• Furnished office space – both private and open concept is available, suitable for individuals or teams to develop or launch their business 

• High-speed internet 

• Printing and copying 

To be considered for our RISE Program we require:

• Successful completion of our BASE Program  

• An innovative business plan created by the entrepreneurial team

•  A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) 

• Sufficient capital to take the business through to launch 

RISE content is delivered by highly respected subject matter experts. Having both extensive hands-on business experience, combined with solid acedemic credentials. The faculty members provide outstanding advice, counsel and mentoring to businesses in their formative stages.
